As Vice President of Curator Hotel & Resort Collection, Austin Segal leads the team responsible for the development of Curator’s value enhancing programs and vendor partnerships. Prior to his role at Curator, Segal was Vice President of Asset Management of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust where he oversaw the company’s Portfolio Wide Initiatives team, focused on cost savings partnerships, vendor negotiations and deploying innovative technology solutions. While at Pebblebrook, Austin developed expertise in many areas of hotel strategy and sourcing including revenue management and distribution, technology systems and product and service procurement. Prior to joining Pebblebrook, Austin was Director of Asset Management at LaSalle Hotel Properties where he oversaw hotels in Boston and San Francisco. Austin holds a B.S. from The School of Hotel Administration of Cornell University.
