As Director of Account Management and Program Development Carey Stavrevski is dually responsible for oversight of all account management activities and developing agreements for the programs and services that provide Curator’s members with the tools to compete and remain independent.

Before joining Curator, Stavrevski spent 20 years in various advisory roles to the hospitality and recreation industry. As a Vice President with Capital Hotel Management (now CHMWarnick), and then CHM Government Services, Stavrevski supported federal, state, and local owners of hospitality and recreation real estate with operational and financial analyses supporting improvement or repositioning of operations and prioritization of capital investment. Prior to joining CHM Government Services, Stavrevski was a Manager with PwC’s Hospitality and Leisure Real Estate Advisory practice, where she provided portfolio and single-asset transaction support, structured lease, and management agreements, and provided market positioning and hotel brand development advisory services.

Stavrevski holds a master’s in public administration from Syracuse University and a dual bachelor’s in advertising and policy studies, also from Syracuse University.
